We are going to start with a relaxation and awareness practice. Than we will explore our connection to the floor while moving, following our own interest.
We will give special attention to the head, to our hands and the feet.
Working with different states and dynamics we will create a wide range of vocabulary what we will exchange and build compositions in the horizontal and vertical space.
This dance class is focusing on the freedom of limitation in terms of body parts, space, speed, vision and sound.
